Why procurement consulting, specifically
Most process consultants have never carried a warrant. Most software vendors have never closed a file. Munivera’s procurement practice is built by someone who has done both the federal 1102 work and the municipal operating-model install — for state, local, and education agencies that need one path fixed, not a transformation slogan.

Rhode Island first
The firm is based in Rhode Island: the RIAC reference, a dense set of municipalities, and then Massachusetts and Connecticut. We take one operating model at a time.
