Bring one expensive path.

Email reaches the founder. Describe how requests arrive, who awards, and how you know an action is done. A principal will respond during Eastern business hours.

What to have ready

  • The path (requisitions, IFB, professional services, cooperatives, sole source)
  • Rough volume — actions per year, if you know it
  • Where status lives today (a system, a shared inbox, one person’s head)
  • Who owns the award

What the diagnostic will not do

It will not quote a firm price from this page, invent a savings percentage, or recommend a platform before the procedure is mapped. Those come from a principal, in writing.

Common questions

Asked before most first engagements

Do we need a new e-procurement system first?
No. If the procedure is not written, a new system will encode the same inbox habits. We start with the operating model. Platform work uses what you already own or are buying.
What does the first engagement cost?
Rates are proposed, not published. The diagnostic is sized to fit common municipal small-purchase thresholds so the first purchase can usually move without a formal solicitation.
Will you quote savings up front?
No. GAO published a 4–15% range on strategically sourced services — $2 million to $7.5 million if you apply that range to $50 million of buying. That is an illustration, not your number. We sketch staff-time cost from your volume and minutes. Recovered dollars are measured in the engagement, and we publish client figures only with approval.
Are you an AI firm?
Munivera also builds AI workflow pilots at munivera.com. This site is the procurement consulting practice: documented workflow, playbooks, numbering, and closeout. Software and models come after the procedure exists.
